How I help:
I will help you move from reactive to strategic thinking.
The first thing is to have a clear view of your world, establish what your reality is.
Before we have our first session I would suggest you find a place and time in your day where you can do a brain dump - list everything competing for your attention.
Then in our first session we will separate what really is urgent or important now using Eisenhower’s matrix which will also raise questions about what to do with non urgent or non important tasks.
I will help you create a prioritisation framework and set yourself some initial actions to help you take the next steps
We will identify your top 3 priorities for the next 30–90 days and set some measurable goals to achieve them
After that I will hold you accountable on a regular basis so that you can focus on what is important to you
Immediate tip:
Before starting your day/ week spend a few minutes to answer the question:
“What is the most important action for me to complete today/ this week. “Clarity reduces overwhelm quickly.

How I help:
Our voice of self doubt will create stories to show us that we cant do something these are often works of fiction , through the building of factual evidence with your very own Book of Success I will help you see your reality and rebuild your confidence. In our coaching sessions we will identify your strengths and past successes whilst tackling our voice of self doubt unhelpful internal narratives.
We will then set small but stretching actions to build momentum over time.
Immediate tip:
Write down 5 things you’ve achieved in the last 12 months. Confidence grows when you track evidence. -
How I help:
I will help you identify what’s really blocking progress.Often it’s due to a lack of clarity, a few of making the wrong move which leads us to avoiding making a difficult decision.
We explore options and define one clear next step.
Immediate tip:
Ask yourself:
“What decision am I avoiding?”Progress usually sits behind that answer.
-
How I help:
We will dig deep to get clarity what success would be for you and why. We will then work back from the success to the present moment now this will enable you to set yourself short term actions that when added together will lead you to your outcomeHaving clearly defined milestone actions to work towards will be supported by regular progress review sessions where I ca hold you accountable. These sessions will either be a review to celebrate success and keep you on track but in some instances you may need an adjustment in strategy or a motivational reminder of your why
Immediate tip:
Break your goal into a 90-day target. Then define what needs to happen this month.Big goals need structure.
-
How I help:
We simplify decision-making, we will separate facts from assumptions and explore realistic consequences. Often people overthink because they are fearful of the over exaggerated consequences they have created in their mind.Immediate tip:
Give yourself a decision deadline and be held accountable to that date, the longer the deadline the more likely overthinking will happen -
How I help:
Momentum is built over time and seeing our progress helps us move from short term bursts of motivation to long term sustainable success. Therefore it's important to see progress and we do that by creating a book of successWe focus on setting time bound commitments which we will review regularly, catch you achieving success and celebrating such. We will start with very small steps to build momentum but always keeping the actions realistic and time bound.
Immediate tip:
Instead of setting a big goal, commit to one consistent weekly action which you build into a habit.Consistency beats intensity.

How I help:
We talk it through to identify the real barrier which is either defined as a for of fear, self doubt including imposter feelings or you have lost your way, overwhelm, and you don't know what to do next.Coaching with me will give you space to think, I will constructively challenge you to create a clear growth strategy to follow and I will hold you accountable to such
Immediate tip:
Ask: “If I was already operating at the next level, what would I be doing differently?”Then start there.

How I help:
I often speak to clients who don't have a support system in place, they have lots of ideas, challenges and opportunities appearing but don't have anyone to talk them through with.I provide them with the opportunity to have a confidential honest conversation where they can get some clarity on their thinking and I give them support without any judgement. It's a time to step out from working in the business and work on it instead.
Immediate tip:
Schedule one hour this week at a time that best works for you purely for strategic thinking, no operational tasks.Space creates better decisions.
-
How I help:
I see it so often a client is working so closely to the business and always running from the task to another they don't have time to stop reflect and see the progress the make. This can often lead to them feeling tired, it creates a loss of motivation and can prevent further growth. In our regular sessions we make the time for you to step back and reflect on the successes achieved, the learnings experienced and the progress made.
Your very own book of success is great to write at the time and even more enjoyable to open up again in the future to see the progress you made.
Immediate tip:
Write down 3 areas where you are better today than 6 months ago.Progress is often happening it just isn’t seen at the time.

How I help:
We will look at how you use your time now. I will also look to establish when you are at your best and most productive and when you are the least efficient.
We will look at where you want to spend your time and what areas you can cut back on using a short activity.
After this we will look to make some short term actions that will reduce your time in the areas you can cut back in and use this time for the important things.
I will support you start to say No to requests for your time so you can say Yes to you.
Immediate tip:
Next time you are asked "can you spare me...time" think of what you can't do now if you say yes. If you can afford it do it but if at this moment you can't politely say I'm sorry I can't today.
